REFUNDS

   Cancellations within first 2 weeks of placement, 50% refund

   Cancellations within week 3 and 4 s of placement, 25% refund

    After 1 Month - No Refund

No refunds for 0 -3 month placements

In the event of cancellation by the client after the Au Pair has bought their ticket to the UK, a 50% refund will be made.

Should the Au Pair stay for longer than the original time agreed upon, the family will be invoiced accordingly.
